a. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
You may be eligible if:
- The item does not match the product description (wrong item, material, or size)
- The item is damaged, torn, dirty, wet, or defective
- The print is blurred, misaligned, peeling, or otherwise faulty (including defects after the first wash)

- Order number
- Photos of the shipping label
- Clear photos showing the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item)
- Photos of the size tag or neck label
- For multiple-item orders, photos showing items placed side by side on a flat surface
b. Incorrect Size Due to Measurement Error
You may be eligible if:
- The actual product measurements differ by more than 1.5 inches from the size guide listed on the product page
- The item is unused

- Photos of the size tag or neck label
- Clear photos showing the actual measurements (width and length) using a measuring tape
c. Non-Fitting Items
- Eligible for t-shirts and tank tops only

d. Shipping-Related Damage
We assist with items that are damaged or incorrect due to the shipping process.

e. Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit, we will assist with a refund or replacement.

- Ask neighbors or building management
- Contact your local post office or carrier
