This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Processing Time
After your payment is successfully authorized, your order enters the handling process.
- Handling time: 3–5 business days (depending on the product)
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
Shipping Time (Estimated)
Estimated delivery time = Handling time + Transit time
Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take up to 7 additional business days.
Some specialty items (such as 3D products or customized items) may require extended delivery times, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Shipping method
- Destination
- Number of items in the order
The total shipping fee is displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
- Tracking may take 5–7 business days to update after shipment
- If tracking information is temporarily unavailable, this means the carrier has not yet scanned the package
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team:
- US Standard Shipping: No delivery after 10 business days from shipped date
- US Express Shipping: No delivery or no tracking updates after 6 business days
- International orders: No delivery after 4 weeks from shipped date
We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Shipping Address & PO Boxes
- Orders can be shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the US
- APO/FPO shipments may take up to 40–45 days to arrive
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments:
- Customs duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country
- These fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery may be delayed until customs fees are paid
